Dr. Rukin has a Doctoral Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Northwestern University, a Masters Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
She has over 27 years of experience doing clinical work and counseling with adults, families, adolescents and children in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings.
