Anxiety, Depression, Anger

Often the first inkling we have of unconscious forces might be when we are gripped by unpredictable moods, thoughts or feelings that can run the gamut from incredible elation to overwhelming anxiety, depression, fear or anger. We might suddenly find ourselves having recurrent thoughts that trouble us or repeating seemingly irrational behaviors.
These thoughts, feelings and emotions are expressions of parts of us that emanate from unconscious layers of our being. Depth therapy takes these forces very seriously. By connecting to and becoming aware of them, they can begin to transform so that they do not have to keep erupting in ways that paralyze us or impair our ability to live our lives.
It is with the resource of our precious consciousness that we can penetrate into and bring to light contents of the unconscious and the possibility of change and transformation. In our work, I guide, mediate and help interpret this process. Different modes of responding to and experiencing moods and thoughts emerge as awareness deepens.
